Pruning without topping
Describe the goal: clearance, damaged branches or structure. Ask which cuts are proposed, why they are needed and how much live crown would be removed.
Do not climb or attempt overhead cuts from a ladder. Work near power lines needs the utility or a qualified line-clearance professional. Confirm the scope and cleanup before agreeing to work.
