Terms of use

Use this site only to send information you are authorized to provide.

Requests are not bookings

A saved request or optional interest in a visit is not a booking, quote, dispatch or guarantee of a response time. Availability, address coverage, scope, any visit and any fees must be confirmed separately before you agree. Our own local teams perform tree care in Memphis and St. Louis. The illustrated guide explains work factors; it does not provide a price or establish exact ZIP coverage.

Guides and safety

Guides provide general information, not a diagnosis or professional site assessment. Observe only from safe ground. Do not climb, stand on stumps, approach damaged trees or go near power lines. Keep clear of hazards and contact the appropriate emergency service or utility for immediate danger. Do not rely on this form for urgent help.
